In the land of mortgage loans and lending, two talents are vital to success: the ability to easily develop rapport and trust, and a focus on exceeding expectations. Traits that enabled me to grow from a start-up to $18M in annual gross revenue with a team that was recognized by Mortgage Broker Magazine as a national Top 20 producer for two consecutive years.
I’ve used these traits to not only advocate for clients through one of the largest purchases of their lifetime, but as an avid community advocate, leader and volunteer. One particular passion has been the Boys & Girls Club of the East Valley, where I have served on the Board of Directors for over 20 years.
While my dedication to community, coupled with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, has enabled me to succeed in other endeavors beyond the financial services industry, I feel I’ve come full circle now at Nexa Mortgage, a full-service mortgage banking firm where I am building and guiding a team of mortgage professionals focused on educating borrowers and agents about the loan process to help them understand how mortgages work and the most efficient ways to close them. He founded Next Mortgage in 2017. Years later, Nexa Mortgage has grown to be a mature mortgage broker with multiple offices and services across the country.
